Annual general meeting

Please note the following items related to our upcoming Annual Meeting

 1. Member proposals must be received in writing 30 days prior to the date of the     

     meeting (Bylaw 3.7) 

2. All documents and registration information will be sent out to members 10 days prior   

    to the meeting. 

3. Board Director Positions Open 

    In accordance with our transition to a smaller Board there are 5 Director positions

    open for nomination. Each position is for a 2 year term.

    We currently require assistance in these areas:

• Secretarial skills

• IT experience to manage our website

• Newsletter to be published every 2 months

• Social media manger with proficiency in social media, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

    Please send nominations, along with a brief bio. indicating skills and volunteer

   experience, to saskatchewanpickleball@gmail.com by no later than

   Monday, October 31st. Any inquiries regarding these positions can also be sent to
