Information for the meeting will be emailed to PSI members in advance as well as the registration via Sign Up Genius and the Zoom link.

Elections

Elections will be held this year with 6 Director positions open for the Board, with 5 incumbents standing for re-election. We welcome your participation and invite you to send a brief bio. to saskatchewanpickleball@gmail.com by no later than Thursday, November 4th.

Bylaw Amendments

The bylaw amendments are included as well as a Temporary Bylaw for a Phased Implementation Plan and Election of Directors.

Motions

Motions from members will not be accepted at the Annual Meeting but may be submitted to  saskatchewanpickleball@gmail.com no later than Thursday., November 4th for consideration.

All motions received will be circulated to the membership in advance of the meeting.
